Dear Ed & Eileen,
Although I have never met you, you are two of my most favorite people. Your milk and your cheese are super cheap. And your ice cream is just SO good. My favorite flavor that you have is the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Thank you for making it so good and so cheap. I will be back soon.
My mom was in town and we had to make a trip to Ed & Eileen's dairy just across the border. Evelynn was very happy with our decision to go there.

Great memories. I don't know if you were really able to capture just how much fun Evelynn had attempting to get that ice cream into her mouth. It was a "3 wipe" ice cream cone by the time it was all done. Thanks for sharing the pictures.
